The charge for resale package preparation is $270.00 and refinance package preparation is $50.00 due prior to release of the requested documentation @ Vision Communities Management, Inc. 6305 Preston Road, Suite 900, Plano, Texas 75024. Normal turnaround is 48 hours. The charge for Rush service of 24 hour turnaround is $50.00. The requested documentation is generally returned to you by email, so please be sure to provide your email along with name, company name, community name, buyer, seller and approximate closing date.
