About Us

Vision Communities Management, Inc. was founded by Kerri Kingsbery to provide comprehensive,
professional guidance to all types and sizes of Community and Homeowner Associations, Condominimum Associations and Public Utility Districts. Kerri has served on the Boards of the HOA communities she has lived in, which provides her a unique perspective as a Homeowner, Board Member and a Management Company Owner.

Kerri has found that often large scale management companies sacrifice quality of service for quantity of communities. Her goal in establishing Vision Communities is to provide a management company small enough to manage efficiently and economically yet with the experience to provide outstanding professional governance. Kerri is personally involved in each community she manages and is looking forward to working for you.
